The importance of training dynamic stability on even surfaces.

The majority of sports such as football, basketball, rugby, ice hockey, etc …, are played while standing on SOLID and LEVEL surfaces. Therefore, training focused on maintaining balance via static standing on Swiss balls, Wobble boards or any uneven surfaces, will not sufficiently prepare the athletes on the real situations encountered during competitions. The athletes will never find themselves in situations where they will be statically standing and trying to balance themselves on uneven surfaces.

Unlike hanging band technique, which creates dangerous, uncontrollable movements of the weights once the athlete starts moving faster, TENDO Barbell De-Stabiliser has a partially limited movement to the sides. Thanks to such design, TENDO Barbell De-Stabiliser doesn’t allow side movements to an extent which could endanger the athlete. 

Thus, you can perform your reps as fast as you like without worrying that the moving weights would injure you.
